Netanyahu accuses Spain of ‘hostility’ towards Israel

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday accused Spain of waging a diplomatic campaign against Israel after he barred Madrid from taking part in the work of a US‑led centre created to help stabilise post‑war Gaza.

Relations between Israel and Spain have deteriorated significantly since Madrid recognised a Palestinian state in 2024.

Both countries have withdrawn their ambassadors.

“I have instructed today to remove Spain’s representatives from the coordination centre in Kiryat Gat, after Spain has chosen repeatedly to stand against Israel,” Netanyahu said in a video statement.

“Those who attack the State of Israel instead of confronting terrorist regimes will not be our partners in shaping the region’s future.”

The Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) in Kiryat Gat, a US-led initiative, was set up after the Gaza ceasefire took effect on October 10, with the goal of monitoring the truce and facilitating the flow of humanitarian aid into the Palestinian territory.

As part of the CMCC, military personnel and diplomats from several other countries including France, Britain and the United Arab Emirates are present and participate in meetings on security and humanitarian issues in Gaza, devastated by more than two years of war.

Representatives of Spain had also been taking part.

Earlier on Friday, Israel’s foreign ministry announced Israel had barred Spain from the centre.

“Israel will not remain silent in the face of those who attack us,” Netanyahu said.

“I am not prepared to tolerate this hypocrisy and hostility. I will not allow any country to conduct a diplomatic war against us without facing an immediate price,” he said, referring to the decision to bar Madrid from the CMCC.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has been one of the most vocal critics of Israel’s war on Gaza, which was sparked by Palestinian movement Hamas’s attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

He also opposed the US-Israeli war with Iran that began with strikes on February 28.

Israel’s Foreign Minister Gideon Sarr has previously accused the Spanish government of “standing with tyrants” by opposing the US-Israeli attacks on Iran.

He also accused Spain of being “complicit in inciting genocide against Jews and war crimes” after it recognised a Palestinian state

Spain only established diplomatic ties with Israel in 1986 following the death of dictator General Francisco Franco in 1975.

Under Franco, Spain avoided recognising Israel and maintained closer diplomatic ties with Arab states.

  • Melania Trump blasts ‘lies’ linking her to Epstein

Melania Trump blasts ‘lies’ linking her to Epstein

US First Lady Melania Trump made a surprise statement on Thursday denying any knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse, or that she herself was a victim of the convicted sex offender.

The 55-year-old’s rare on-camera remarks at the White House came out of the blue, in an extraordinary intervention in a scandal that has long haunted her husband President Donald Trump.

“The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need to end today,” she said. “The individuals lying about me are devoid of ethical standards, humility and respect.”

It was not clear why the Slovenian-born former model decided to give the public statement, and she did not detail any specific allegations about her and the late, convicted sex offender.

Melania and Donald Trump had previously been photographed with Epstein, but she said that she had met her husband independently two years prior to meeting Epstein.

“I am not Epstein’s victim. Epstein did not introduce me to Donald Trump,” Melania Trump said.

She said “fake images and statements about Epstein and me” had been circulating on social media “for years now. Be cautious about what you believe: these images and stories are completely false.”

The first lady also urged Congress to hold a public hearing for survivors of Epstein’s abuse to “give these victims their opportunity to testify under oath.”

But some Epstein survivors and their families, including the brother of Epstein’s main accuser Virginia Giuffre, called the speech a “deflection of responsibility.”

“First Lady Melania Trump is now shifting the burden onto survivors under political conditions that protect those with power” including “the Trump Administration, which has still not fully complied with the Epstein Files Transparency Act,” according to a joint statement posted on social media.

Two of Epstein’s accusers, sisters Maria and Annie Farmer told US media in a separate statement: “We can’t speak for other survivors, but what we want is accountability, transparency and justice.”

The sisters called for the release of “the remaining records held by the Department of Justice — including my complete FBI records from 1996.”

Epstein died in federal custody in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges involving minors, but the scandal has repeatedly overshadowed Trump’s second presidency.

    – ‘Epstein’s abuse’ –

The US Justice Department has over the past year released huge tranches of files related to Epstein. Trump, 79, has also denied any link to Epstein’s crimes.

One widely-seen picture in the files showed Donald and Melania Trump at their Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida along with Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

“I have never had any knowledge of Epstein’s abuse of his victims. I was never involved in any capacity. I was not a participant. Was never on Epstein’s plane, and never visited his private island,” Melania Trump said.

“I have never been legally accused or convicted of a crime in connection with Epstein sex trafficking, abuse of minors and other repulsive behavior.”

Democrat Suhas Subramanyam, who sits on the congressional committee probing Epstein, called on Melania Trump to “testify under oath.”

Speculation ran riot on social media about why the US first lady had decided to put the Epstein scandal back in the headlines after weeks of relative quiet.

It comes just two days after her husband announced a ceasefire in the US-Israeli war on Iran, which critics say has left the crucial Strait of Hormuz still largely shuttered by Tehran.

Melania Trump has long been an elusive and often mysterious presence at the White House, who only rarely gives public remarks of the kind she delivered on Thursday.

Donald Trump told MS Now that he didn’t “know anything about” the statement ahead of time.

The last time the first lady was seen with her husband was at an Easter Egg Roll with hundreds of children on Monday.

  • Man arrested for defrauding young footballers with fake European club trial

Man arrested for defrauding young footballers with fake European club trial

Spanish police announced Friday the arrest of a man suspected of defrauding young South Americans by promising them access to major football clubs in Spain in exchange for up to 3,000 euros ($3,500), only for many to end up abandoned and on the street.

At least six alleged victims reported the suspect, arrested in Madrid, “as the presumed perpetrator of the crimes of facilitating illegal immigration, document forgery and fraud,” Spain’s national police said in a statement.

The man allegedly offered the young players the chance to travel to Spain, obtain the necessary legal documents and sign for some of the country’s most prestigious football clubs’ youth academies.

He asked the victims, most of whom had very limited financial means, for sums that could reach up to 3,000 euros to supposedly help pay for the paperwork.

Once in Spain, however, the young men were given access to trials with lower-division teams and, as they were unable to obtain the required federation licenses, many were left without funds and neglected.

Some of them, according to the police, ended up spending nights on the street or taking out loans.

The suspect contacted the young men in their home countries after learning, through their sporting circles, of their aspirations to become professional footballers.

He then assured them that he had contacts in prominent Spanish clubs through whom he could facilitate their entry to the country and the processing of their documents.

To prove it, he presented the players with a series of “invitation commitments” supposedly issued by the clubs, guaranteeing their incorporation into the first team for three months.

However these documents turned out to be falsified, as police confirmed after checking with the clubs.

The detainee also coached the young men on what they had to say at border controls.

During the investigation, officers also became aware of players being recruited through the same scheme to be taken to other European countries such as Italy.

  • OMPAN Backs Otti’s Call For Increased Female Representation In Abia Assembly

OMPAN Backs Otti’s Call For Increased Female Representation In Abia Assembly

The Chairman of Abia Online Media Publishers Association (OMPAN) Promise Uzoma Okoro has commended Governor Alex Otti for advocating for an increased female representation, particularly in the Abia State House of Assembly.

Okoro in a Facebook post on Friday from his verified Facebook account explained that the current 8th Assembly led by Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Emeruwa does not have a single female member. According to him this was also the reality in the 7th Assembly.

“The implication of this gap is significant, even the House Committee on Women Affairs has consistently been chaired by male lawmakers, which raises critical questions about representation, perspective, and inclusiveness in governance.

“The Abia State House of Assembly comprises 24 members, with 20 lawmakers now fully with the Labour Party (LP), while 4 members belong to the opposition All Progressives Congress. Given this composition, the direction of the ruling party in the state will largely determine the future structure of the Assembly”, he emphasize.

Okoro while further explaining the Governor’s position noted that, “out of the 24 constituencies, at least 4 seats should be occupied by women is not just a suggestion, it is a strategic policy signal. It points to a likely intentional move by the Labour Party to allocate tickets to qualified female aspirants ahead of the next election cycle”.

He emphasized that if properly implemented will mark a turning point in the political history of Abia State by breaking the long-standing cycle of male-dominated legislative representation.

The OMPAN chairman also acknowledge that the vision is already being reflected at the grassroots level. “Across the 17 Local Government Areas in the state, women are actively serving in key leadership roles such as Deputy Mayors, Secretaries of Local Government, and Chiefs of Staff. This demonstrates that the capacity is not lacking, what has been missing is structured opportunity.

“This renewed push by Governor Alex Otti is therefore not just symbolic; it is practical, timely, and necessary.

“To the women of Abia State, this is more than encouragement, it is a clear political opening.

“If you have the competence, the leadership capacity, and the passion to serve, now is the time to step forward. The political climate is gradually aligning in your favor, and importantly, there is visible executive support.

“However, stepping forward will require preparation, structure, and strategic positioning. Representation is not just about occupying space, it is about delivering value, influencing policy, and shaping the future of our state.

“Abia cannot afford to continue excluding women from its legislative process. Inclusive governance is not a favor, it is a necessity for balanced development. The moment is here. The signal has been given. The responsibility now lies with capable women to rise and take their place”, he concluded.

  • Bwala Slams ADC As ‘Association Of Desperate Congregation’

Bwala Slams ADC As ‘Association Of Desperate Congregation’

The special adviser to the President on policy communication, Daniel Bwala, has launched an attack on the African Democratic Congress (ADC), describing it as an “association of desperate congregation” amid its deepening leadership crisis.

Bwala made the remarks in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, following the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withdraw recognition of the faction led by former Senate President, David Mark.

In the post, the presidential aide said recent developments within the party had validated his earlier prediction of looming instability.

“I said this six months ago and if you want to know why ADC is more confused than the mad man that used to advise Gregory, here are the facts,” he wrote.

He blamed the party’s internal crisis on what he described as excessive ambition among its members, arguing that such a culture weakens any serious opposition platform.

“A party where everybody wants to be president (selfish) cannot build a virile opposition,” he said.

Bwala also faulted the foundation of the party’s leadership structure, claiming it was birthed through a hostile takeover and lacks the cohesion needed to survive political pressure.

“A party where the members have double standards that they apply to people cannot see road and a party where the presidential aspirants have changed political parties like chameleon cannot have ideology,” he added.

He further questioned the intentions of the party’s leadership, accusing them of treating Nigerians as mere political instruments.

“A party where their leaders see Nigerians as a means to an end cannot coordinate,” he said, adding that “a party where their leaders’ desperation is a do or die affair cannot govern Nigerians.”

Additionally, he said the ADC’s current turmoil reflects deeper structural flaws, insisting that the crisis was inevitable.

“Finally, have you not noticed that they are more confused now than they were when their journey started? I said it before, ‘give them six months and they would come crashing’; it is evident before our very eyes. Say no to association of desperate congregation (ADC),” he said.

The ADC has been embroiled in a leadership tussle in recent weeks, with multiple factions laying claim to control of the party following INEC’s stance and ongoing legal disputes.

  • Nigeria, UN To Deepen Women, Youth Empowerment Partnership

Nigeria, UN To Deepen Women, Youth Empowerment Partnership

Nigeria has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening collaboration with the United Nations (UN) to accelerate the empowerment of women and youth across the country.

Vice President Kashim Shettima said the partnership will focus on key areas, including financial inclusion, skills development, job creation, and peace and security.

Shettima, who spoke on Thursday while receiving a delegation from the United Nations led by the Assistant Secretary-General for Youth Affairs, Felipe Paullier, during a courtesy visit to the Presidential Villa in Abuja, said the administration of President Bola Tinubu recognises the critical role of young people as drivers of growth and transformation, noting that they must not be treated merely as a statistical population.

“The youths are the backbone of every society’s transformation, the government is committed to policies that will convert Nigeria’s growing youth population into a demographic advantage,” Shettima said.

He also reiterated the administration’s commitment to gender equality and youth-focused development, stressing the need for stronger institutional frameworks to advance empowerment initiatives in partnership with the UN and other stakeholders.

In his words, “The anticipated demographic bulge will be transformed into demographic dividends. On behalf of the President, I reaffirm this administration’s commitment to youth development. It is almost inevitable in any dispensation. The youths are the backbone of every society’s transformation.”

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Communications, Stanley Nkwocha, said Paullier described Nigeria as a vibrant nation with young people at the centre of its development potential.

“Nigeria is on the right path to development, and if relevant authorities continue to place Nigerian youths at the heart of critical decisions, development and innovation will be accelerated,” he said.

Pacullier stressed that sustainable youth development must be anchored on gender equality, as well as access to education and employment opportunities.

  • Alaafin threatens 15-year jail term for land grabbers amid violent attacks

Alaafin threatens 15-year jail term for land grabbers amid violent attacks

    By Adeola Badru

Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Akeem Owoade, has warned individuals involved in land grabbing, particularly those who employ violence, threats, or coercion to extort fees from legitimate property owners, urging them to desist or face severe consequences.

The monarch’s warning followed a wave of violent attacks reportedly carried out by land grabbers against residents of 12 villages in the Oyo West Local Government Area.

The affected communities include Itosi Yaya, Tella Omooba, Jowe, Idi-Iyalode, Bada, Ladindin, Janna, Ojutaye, Iporin Kajola, Ajibade, Laagbe, and Ariwinyo.

The disputed land spans a wide area stretching from Odo-Itosi to Odo-Ogun.

In a statement issued on Friday by his Director of Media and Publicity, Bode Durojaiye, the paramount ruler noted that the Oyo metropolis is endowed with an extensive landmass, emphasising that land remains a critical, if not the most critical, factor for economic growth.

He lamented that, over time, land speculators and lawless individuals seeking unearned gains have resorted to various unlawful tactics to dispossess rightful owners of their properties.

Oba Owoade reminded perpetrators that the Real Properties Protection Law 2016 has been enacted by the Oyo State Government and is currently being enforced through a dedicated Task Force Unit.

He stated: “Under the Law, land grabbers can now be jailed for up to 15 years while those who aid and abet them will also not go scot-free.”

The statement further highlighted that land, being fundamental to shelter, commerce, and investment, has increasingly become one of the most contested assets within the Oyo metropolis.

“Rising demand has, however, fuelled a troubling surge in land grabbing, illegal transactions, and violent encroachments,” the statement said.

“For years, these activities have not only deprived individuals of their rightful properties but have also eroded investor confidence and threatened peace across communities.

“In response to the escalating crisis, the Alaafin, upon ascending the throne, declared that “enough is enough” and established a Land Committee tasked with restoring order and legality to land administration in the kingdom.

“The Committee, comprising seasoned professionals and respected elders, was inaugurated to tackle a long-standing issue that has persisted for decades.

“Its creation was prompted by widespread complaints from residents who have endured intimidation, unlawful land acquisitions, and exploitation by unscrupulous speculators.

“The Committee’s mandate is to ensure that land ownership and transactions within the metropolis are governed strictly by law rather than force.

“Its responsibilities include investigating cases of land fraud, encroachment, and unauthorised sales,“ the statement said.

Reiterating his administration’s commitment, the royal father stressed that peace, order and the protection of lives and property remain top priorities, affirming that no effort would be spared in safeguarding security across the kingdom.

The monarch also advised members of the public to disregard any individual, group, or organisation falsely claiming ownership of land in the affected communities.

  • Fix & Flip vs Buy & Hold: Which Real Estate Strategy is Better in 2026?

Fix & Flip vs Buy & Hold: Which Real Estate Strategy is Better in 2026?

Still a solid path to grow wealth, real estate demands picking the right move. By 2026, sharper choices come from clear data – tools like Propstream Review help spot gains while lowering danger. Yet a key doubt lingers: Does flipping offer faster wins, or does holding deliver deeper rewards over time?

One way isn’t better than the other – pros use them both, yet they bring different benefits. What fits you comes down to goals, cash on hand, skill, plus how much free hours you’ve got. Here’s a clear look at each method, written straight, so picking one for 2026 feels less like guessing.

    Fix And Flip Meaning?

A house is bought at a lower price when it needs repairs. Because it sits in bad shape, someone sees a chance. After fixes update the inside and outside, the place changes fast. Once done, selling comes next – this time for more.Profit comes from the difference between the purchase price and the resale price.

A fresh coat of paint, new flooring, or an updated kitchen might be enough to lift the price fast. Flipping homes works best when changes are smart, not massive. Most see returns in under half a year if timing lines up right. Speed matters just as much as the upgrade itself.

Folks looking for quicker profits often lean toward this approach – especially when they do not mind handling overhaul work themselves. Renovation tasks? They tend to attract those who see value in hands-on control.

    Fix And Flip Advantages

    Fast Profit Potential

Faster returns show up here instead of waiting years like other property plays. Quick cash moves happen when deals close fast.

    Growing Demand for Updated Homes

Ready-to-move-in houses often top buyer wishlists. Renovated properties catch more eyes than outdated ones. Modern finishes make a difference for most shoppers looking now.

Chance to Put Money Back Into Investments

Funds from a completed sale might go toward buying another house. Profit moves into new purchases when deals close.

    Flexible Investment Approach

Should the market shift, renting out the property becomes an option rather than selling it.

    Control Over Property Value

Renovations allow investors to directly increase property value.

    Risks of Fix and Flip

A flip might turn a profit, yet getting there means thinking ahead. Without preparation, surprises pile up fast. Each step needs attention before moving on. Mistakes cost more than time. Planning helps avoid those hits. Success hides in the details sorted early

    • Budgets occasionally fall short when renovation expenses climb higher than planned
    • Unexpected repairs may reduce profit margins
    • Market changes can affect selling price
    • Projects require time and active involvement
    • Reliable contractors are necessary

Finding clear numbers matters most when planning each step ahead. A solid plan grows from watching every cost closely instead of guessing. Success shows up where details get checked without rushing.

    Buy And Hold Explained?

A steady approach to real estate means holding onto homes after buying them. One way it works: collect payments each month from people who live there. Over years, the home typically becomes worth more. Income comes regularly. Value builds slowly. This method skips quick profits. Patience shapes results here.

Starting slow, some people pick Buy & Hold since it brings steady payouts while growing value over time. A quiet method, yet it sticks around through ups and downs simply by staying put. Instead of rushing trades, they wait – wealth piles up piece by piece without drama.

This approach usually feels calmer compared to flipping, since getting a fast sale isn’t the main goal.

    Buy And Hold Advantages

    Consistent Monthly Income

Rental properties generate regular cash flow.

    Property Value Appreciation

Few things grow like property does, given enough time.

    Tax Advantages

A single dollar saved on upkeep can mean more in an investor’s pocket later down the line. Wear and tear isn’t just tracked – it chips away at value while opening doors to write-offs.

    Lower Selling Pressure

Profit does not demand an instant sale by investors. A wait can still bring gain without rushing to exit.

    Long-Term Wealth Building

Over time, holding investments builds steady financial ground. Stability grows when assets stay put through market shifts. Patience shapes outcomes more than timing ever does. Long-term holding allows wealth to grow steadily over time.

Risks of Buy and Hold Investing

Buy & Hold also includes some responsibilities:

    • Property maintenance costs
    • Possible vacancy periods
    • Tenant management challenges
    • Financing costs affecting cash flow

Folks who invest often hand off tasks to property managers – keeps things moving without extra hassle.

    Real Estate Trends 2026

Finding patterns in how markets move gives clues for smarter choices. A clear view of shifts guides where money might go next.

How Interest Rates Shape Where People Invest

Fewer expenses mean more returns when borrowing funds – this holds true whether short-term or long-term plans are in play. Profits shift based on how much interest piles up over time.

More people looking for rental homes

Renting grabs favor when house costs climb too steep. Home tags shock buyers into stepping back.

Technology changes how people make choices

Online tools help investors analyze deals more accurately.

    Suburbs Keep Expanding

Far from downtown, jobs done at home push the need elsewhere.

    Stable Construction Costs

Fresh patterns now show up in what things cost. A steady rhythm replaces wild swings. Prices settle into a routine people can count on.

With these shifts, Fix & Flip ventures find openings just as Buy & Hold strategies uncover new ground. A changing landscape often brings room to move – one path thrives on speed, another on patience. Where one investor sees a quick turnaround, another spots long-term gain. Each approach adapts differently when market currents shift. Moments like these tend to reward those who adjust their timing.

Fix And Flip Versus Buy And Hold Compared

Feature Fix and Flip Buy and Hold
Investment Type Short Term Long Term
Income One Time Profit Monthly Rental Income
Risk Level Medium to High Moderate
    Effort Required High Medium
    Profit Speed Fast Gradual
    Market Sensitivity Higher Lower
Cash Flow After Selling Property Regular Monthly Income

Success comes easily if either approach gets applied the right way.

    Strategy Comparison 2026?

Depending on where you stand in life shapes what move makes sense next. Money aims to shift how choices add up over time.

Fix & Flip may be better if you:

    • Want faster profits
    • Have renovation knowledge
    • Can manage projects
    • Understand property pricing
    • Prefer short-term investments

Buy & Hold may be better if you:

    • Want stable monthly income
    • Prefer long-term financial growth
    • Want less frequent buying and selling
    • Prefer passive income
    • Want more predictable returns

One path works well in 2026, provided it’s built on solid study and clear thinking. The other gains strength the same year, if matched with careful preparation.

    Combining Both Strategies

Focusing on both short-term profits and long-term gains drives certain investors. One path flips properties quickly while another builds wealth slowly. Mixing tactics lets them adapt when markets shift. Fast sales fund future rentals instead of sitting idle. Each strategy feeds the other in a continuous cycle.

A single investor might sell homes quickly to earn money, after which they funnel those earnings into buildings meant for renting. Profit from quick sales sometimes leads people toward long-term rental investments instead of another fast deal. Some choose to move cash earned from flips straight into units that bring monthly income later on.

    This balanced approach can:

    • Create both short-term and long-term income
    • Reduce investment risk
    • Increase financial stability
    • Build multiple income streams

When markets shift, having two approaches helps adjust more easily.

    Conclusion

One way to invest in property is fixing homes to sell quickly. Yet another path means buying rentals for long term income. Depending on what you want financially shapes which route fits better. Some people handle stress differently when money is at stake. How much time someone spends managing deals also changes the outcome.

A quicker return might come from Fix & Flip, yet it demands hands-on oversight along with tight cost control. Still, jumping in without planning often leads to overspending when surprises pop up mid-project.

Steady pay comes from holding investments a long time instead of rushing to sell. Wealth builds slowly when you stay put through market swings. Patience replaces panic as prices move up and down over years.

Most people who win at investing spend time digging into data, thinking ahead carefully – then pick a path matching what they truly want. A few skip the prep work, but it rarely ends well when luck becomes the plan instead of logic.

A single smart move might be enough – Fix & Flip plus Buy & Hold could shape strong property gains by 2026. Success often follows when strategy leads. Each path brings value, depending on timing, market shifts, even luck. One focuses on speed, the other on patience. Results show both stand firm over years. Long-term wins aren’t guaranteed – but preparation helps. Real estate keeps evolving; so should methods. Past trends hint at future patterns, though nothing repeats exactly. Smart choices today plant seeds for later growth. Markets shift quietly, then suddenly demand new thinking.

Mohammed Kudus at risk of missing 2026 World Cup after fresh injury

    By Emmanuel Okogba

A significant injury setback has cast doubt over Mohammed Kudus’ participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The 25‑year‑old Ghanaian forward, who joined Tottenham Hotspur in 2025 on a high‑profile deal, has reportedly suffered a relapse of a quad and hamstring injury that has sidelined him since January.

Recent reports indicate that the issue may require surgery, potentially ruling him out for the remainder of the season and jeopardizing his chances of representing Ghana at the World Cup.

Kudus had established himself as a crucial figure for both club and country, playing a key role in Tottenham’s attack and contributing significantly to Ghana’s qualification campaign.

His latest setback has raised concerns within the Black Stars camp, with medical assessments suggesting he could be sidelined for up to three months if surgery is necessary. This timeline overlaps with Ghana’s tournament preparations, leaving the team uncertain about his availability.

Tottenham confirmed the setback in statement on Thursday on X: W”e can confirm that Mohammed Kudus has suffered a setback in his return from injury. The Ghana international forward suffered a significant quad injury during our Premier League fixture against Sunderland in January.

“He had returned to team training during the past week, however will now require further specialist review and, potentially, surgery. We will provide any relevant further updates in due course. We’re all with you, Mo”, it read.

For Ghana, the possible absence of one of their most influential attacking players would be a major blow as they prepare for a challenging group‑stage campaign. While no official decision has been made regarding his World Cup status, the recurring nature of his injuries and uncertainty surrounding his recovery have fueled anxiety among fans and officials alike.

Ghana is drawn in Group L, along with England, Croatia and Panama. They will open their campaign against Panama on June 18.
