Why I can’t commit to one woman – Singer Flavour

Nigerian singer, Flavour has revealed why it is difficult for him to commit to one woman.

Speaking in a video broadcast, the ‘Nabania’ crooner said he belongs to “the wild world” and not to a single woman.

The music star explained that unlike some men who are “domesticated”, he can’t be “caged.”

He said, “I am an explorer. I belong to the wild world. I belong to the street. Some men are domesticated but I am not. We belong to the wild world. I cannot be caged.”

Flavour has three children from two different women, both of whom are former beauty queens.

Boko Haram terrorists kidnap 7-month-old baby, 12 others in Borno

There was panic in Borno community as Boko Haram terrorists abducted 13 travellers, including a seven-month-old baby along the Biu–Damaturu highway through the Kamuya axis of the state.

The victims were taken away to an unknown destination when terrorists intercepted two Golf Wagon vehicles conveying passengers along the road.

Families of the kidnapped victims have now made a passionate appeal to the Federal Government, Borno State Government, security agencies and other relevant authorities to intensify efforts towards rescuing their loved ones and reuniting them with their families.

They made the appeal in a statement, lamenting that relatives of the victims have remained in deep pain, fear and uncertainty since the incident, with little or no information about the whereabouts or condition of those abducted.

“The families are calling on government authorities, security agencies, humanitarian organisations and all relevant stakeholders to urgently intervene and ensure the safe rescue of the abducted travellers,” the statement said.

  • ‘Pastor Adeboye wrong target’ — Ezekwesili reveals reasons behind criticisms

‘Pastor Adeboye wrong target’ — Ezekwesili reveals reasons behind criticisms

Former Minister of Education, Obiageli Ezekwesili, has defended Pastor Enoch Adeboye against growing public criticism, arguing that the revered cleric is not responsible for Nigeria’s challenges and should not be made the focus of public frustration.

In a statement posted on X on Thursday, Ezekwesili said while Nigerians’ anger over the country’s worsening insecurity, economic hardship and governance failures is understandable, the frustration is being directed at the wrong target.

According to her, years of corruption, insecurity and unfulfilled promises have created widespread distrust of politicians, institutions and influential figures whom many citizens believe should hold leaders accountable.

She noted that many Nigerians expect religious leaders to play a greater role in demanding accountability from those in power but insisted that Adeboye has consistently spoken and prayed for the country.

Ezekwesili described the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, as a humble servant of God who has dedicated his life to promoting peace and national progress.

The former minister warned against what she described as the country’s tendency to focus on less important issues while more pressing national crises remain unresolved.

“Rooted in scriptural and spiritual wisdom, Pastor E.A. Adeboye-  like a true bearer of the Cross of Christ – has often chosen dignified silence whenever attacked. Through the years, I learned from him to do the same.

“But this moment demands a historical clarity that we must not miss. I must therefore write publicly to help bring us back to what truly matters and to the urgency of this moment.

“In doing so, it is crucial to first acknowledge the broader context in which criticisms of public figures have erupted in our beleaguered country.

“Nigerians are exhausted. Decades of systemic corruption, insecurity, economic hardship, and unfulfilled promises have produced a deep well of frustration.

“That frustration has evolved into trenchant distrust – not only of politicians, but of institutions and influential individuals whom the people believe possess the moral authority to demand accountability from those in power.

“Across Nigeria today, the cry is simple:

“Our religious leaders must rise and help rescue Nigeria from the grip of ineffectual, corrupt, and selfish politicians.

“This is the crux of the matter. Nothing else,” part of her message read.

EPL: ‘Guardiola is gone’ – Emile Heskey names title winners, top four next season

Former England international, Emile Heskey, has named Manchester City as the team to win the Premier League next season despite Pep Guardiola’s departure from the Etihad Stadium.

Heskey also named four teams to finish in the Premier League table next season.

Recall that Arsenal won the Premier League title this season ahead of Manchester City.

“Manchester City will be champions [next season] with or without Pep Guardiola,” Heskey told Hajper, as quoted by Metro.

“They look good now, but they are really going to come together as a team next season.

“Pep Guardiola is gone next season. I think he’s had more than enough, and he’s happy with everything he’s done.

“He probably wants a little bit more family time now and will take another break from football as he did after leaving

“Top four, I will say Man City, Man United, Liverpool and Arsenal. Then Aston Villa fifth and Newcastle United in sixth.”

Man should handle all bills even if his partner asks him out – Singer, Magixx

Nigerian singer, Magixx has shared his opinion on bills splitting in relationships and marriages, revealing that he is not in support of it.

According to him, men should handle all the bills in relationships/marriages.

Speaking in a recent interview with Cool FM Lagos, the ‘Love Don’t Cost A Dime’ crooner said bills shouldn’t be split even if it is the woman who approached the man for a relationship.

“I don’t believe in 50/50. I believe a man should pay the bills even if it is the woman who asked him out,” he said.

Magixx, however, admitted that he is not sure if his view on 50/50 would have been the same if he wasn’t rich.
